As care needs increase due to aging, disease and injury, Baby Boomers prefer to remain independent for as long as possible. But when they need help, they rely on family to fill the gap, often because professional care is unavailable or unaffordable.
We need new solutions for both the care of our aging population and also for their employed family members who step up to help out.
Without these innovations, employees are unable to sustain their income, careers, and lifestyle choices.
